Worst boarding place possible. Ok land, great horses and some okay boarders but the owners are hardly ever there and when they are, they have an attitude and use a white board to communicate with you.
I moved off because the owner came over and verbally attacked me with one of her rude riding instructors stood behind her backing her up. Totally immature. Don't be fooled if they say you can work for them, they won't pay you!!!!!!
Also, they charge you for EVERYTHING. All they care about is money and as a result of their bad management, every single one of their boarders says they hate them or hate the farm... Total rip off and a waste of your time.
Luckily now I own my own place and am making more business than them because I learned from their bad management and made my business work :)

My daughter & I have been riding under Shannon Edgar's instruction at TNT Equestrian Center for 2 years now and I give TNT top marks! We're learning all-around good horsemanship techniques as well as increasing our practical knowledge. My daughter is progressing well and even participated at a local schooling show using one of the TNT lesson horses. We also board a horse here and she's thriving in the excellent care and facilities. Regular visits by the farrier and vet make it super simple to give her a healthy and happy environment. Regular day-long turnout is an essential party of her routine. She's adapted well to the herd and is allowed to thrive in a social atmosphere, with lots of horse & human attention. I recommend TNT Equestrian Center without any reservations.

Primitive horse care by unexperienced hands. How a family can be around horses so long and still remain so clueless is mind boggling. Many horse deaths on this farm from over crowed, trash littered fields. Lots of broken legs. No formal instruction to be had. OK for children. No boarding contract to be had. Nice view to drive by and that's about it.

As a former boarder I have noticed that the stalls are not always properly cleaned and that turnout is of a short duration. The lessons given put the school horses, who are full of bad habits, and student at risk by not properly assessing the student's level and catering their needs. If you value the health of your horse and/or child look at other barns before coming to hinckley equestrian center.

If you love Nature and Horses this is heaven! I have been taking an 8 month ongoing training here in Glen Ellen at this gorgeous, sprawling state of the art Equine facility. (trails, arenas, oak groves, pastures, a huge pond - bliss)

I have been blessed to return here month after month and always left smiling. The horses are so well loved and respected here. The staff is very helpful, kind, professional, educated and NATURAL. You can always find progressive equine trainings and activities happening here year round. (Natural Horsemanship, Dressage, Equine Experiential Learning - to name just a few!)

Honestly - I've never been to an equine facility like this where the horses clearly are very well loved, cared for and the horses come first! As it should be. I'll be returning here to horse heaven whenever I get a chance! Definitely worth checking out this incredibly sweet place when you are ready to experience "horse heaven"! Happy Trails!
i USED to ride Betsy, a mare thoroughbred, dark brown. Of course, this really stupid girl named BAYLEE COLLIER who doesnt even know how to handle a horse bought her. The freaking girl can't even take care of her dog, let alone a horse. Last time i was at her house, she basically beat her dog. The other day when i was at the barn, poor betsy was laying down in her stall because Baylee has been riding her too much and wore her down. But now, I ride Sylvester and my friend riley and i both agree that sylevester was probly abused. he's really skinny and my friend says the barn he was in was a dump. I HOPE BAYLEE ROTS IN HELL

Not the idyllic place its advertised to be. Fields are grass bare, stalls are filthy, instructors are not qualified and the horses are not advanced. Way better and more professional barns around.
